My niece Gwen asked for a Hello Kitty cake this year and I have to say it was probably the easiest cake I have done for months. I have the wilton pan for making a bear face and I just used that and cut back the ears to make them pointy like a cat. Then I covered it in fondant and the decorations were pretty basic. If only they were all this easy. It is a chocolate pound cake with chocolate frosting.
